This lock and shop option is available for conventional fixed-rate and government products, locking in your rate for 90 days. If you don’t find a home within 60 days the lock will be canceled.
All lock and shop locks will require a $750 upfront fee due to Luminate within 3 days of the invoice. Please note that:
- The upfront fee will be refunded if the loan closes.
- You must have a Luminate Lightspeed Approval
- Only available in MN, WI, CO, NH, KS, and MO.
